On June 22, 2023, AYA Bank organized a workshop to launch the Certified Branch Managers Program, bringing together our 265 Branch Managers from across the nation. The workshop served as an insightful and productive session, with the aim of recapping our business direction, addressing market challenges and opportunities, and fostering continuous improvement. Our esteemed Founding Chairman, U Zaw Zaw, and Executive Chairman, Daw Khin Saw Oo, provided valuable guidance and inspired everyone to strive for excellence.
Under the leadership of our Chief Executive Officer, U Myint Zaw, the Executive Team facilitated engaging discussions on overcoming obstacles and charting a successful path forward. This forum acknowledged challenges while reinforcing our commitment to growth and achieving our goals.
AYA Bank has implemented a comprehensive certification process for branch managers, which includes evaluating factors such as online studies test scores, workshop performance assessments, and practical field evaluations. This certification program underscores our dedication to recognizing and enhancing the expertise and competence of our branch managers, ensuring a high standard of performance across our branch network.
