ကမ္ဘာ့ကုလသမဂ္ဂ လူ့အခွင့်အရေးကောင်စီက ၂၆-၆-၂၀၂၄ ရက်နေ့တွင် ထုတ်ပြန်ခဲ့သည့် အစီရင်ခံစာတွင် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ လူ့အခွင့်အရေးချိုးဖောက်မှုများ၌ အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာဘဏ်များ၊ ပြည်တွင်းနိုင်ငံပိုင်ဘဏ်နှင့် ပုဂ္ဂလိကဘဏ်အချို့မှ ပါဝင်ဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိကြောင်းနှင့် အရေးယူပေးရန် တောင်းဆိုမှုများ ရေးသားဖော်ပြချက်များမှာ မြန်မာပြည်သူများ၏ အကျိုးစီးပွားကို ထိခိုက်စေသည့်အပြင် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံနှင့် ပြည်ပနိုင်ငံများအကြား ဆက်ဆံရေးကိုလည်း ထိခိုက်စေသဖြင့် အဆိုပါရေးသားချက်များအပေါ် ပြင်းထန်စွာ ကန့်ကွက်ပါကြောင်း အများပြည်သူသိရှိစေရန် အသိပေးထုတ်ပြန်အပ်ပါသည်။

မြန်မာနိုင်ငံဘဏ်များသည် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော် ဗဟိုဘဏ်မှ ထုတ်ပြန်ထားရှိသည့် လမ်းညွှန်မှုများနှင့်အညီ စည်းမျဉ်းများကို လေးစားလိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်လျက် ရှိပါသည်။ ငွေကြေးခဝါချမှုနှင့် အကြမ်းဖက်မှုကို ငွေကြေးထောက်ပံ့မှု တိုက်ဖျက်ရေးဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းများနှင့် လူအများအပြားသေကျေစေသည့် လက်နက်များ ပြန့်ပွားရေးကို ငွေကြေးထောက်ပံ့မှု တိုက်ဖျက်ရေးလုပ်ငန်းများနှင့် ပတ်သက်၍လည်း ဘဏ်များသည် Regulatory Authority ဖြစ်သည့် ဗဟိုဘဏ်မှချမှတ်ထားသည့် ညွှန်ကြားချက်များနှင့် လမ်းညွှန်ချက်များအတိုင်း လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိပါသည်။

မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်ဗဟိုဘဏ်သည် ဘဏ်များအား ဘဏ်လုပ်ငန်းလိုင်စင်ထုတ်ပေးထားပြီး ဥပဒေ၊ နည်းဥပဒေ၊ စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်း၊ ညွှန်ကြား ချက်များနှင့်အညီ လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းရှိ၊မရှိ စောင့်ကြည့်ကြပ်မတ်ကွပ်ကဲလျက်ရှိပါသည်။ ဘဏ်များကလည်း မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်ဗဟိုဘဏ်၏ လမ်းညွှန်ချက်နှင့်အညီ ဘဏ်လုပ်ငန်းဝန်ဆောင်မှုများဖြစ်သော စုဆောင်းအပ်နှံငွေအမျိုးမျိုး လက်ခံပြီး၊ နိုင်ငံတော်၏စီးပွားရေးအတွက် အရေးကြီးကဏ္ဍများကို ချေးငွေအမျိုးမျိုးထုတ်ချေးခြင်း၊ ဒစ်ဂျစ်တယ်နည်းလမ်းများဖြင့် ငွေကြေးဝန်ဆောင်မှုများဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း၊ ကုန်သွယ်ရေးကဏ္ဍ အတွက် ငွေကြေးထောက်ပံ့ခြင်း၊ MSMEs  လုပ်ငန်းများကို ငွေကြေးထောက်ပံ့ခြင်း၊ နိုင်ငံတကာဘဏ်များနှင့် ငွေပေးချေမှုများဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းစသည့် ဘဏ်ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများစွာ ပံ့ပိုးပေးလျက်ရှိကြောင်းကို ပြည်သူများ စိုးရိမ်မှုမရှိစေရန် မကြာခဏ ထုတ်ပြန်ပေးနေပါသည်။

ယခုအခါ နိုင်ငံတော်စီးပွါးရေးဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုကို မလိုလားသော အဖျက်သမားမီဒီယာများနှင့် အဖျက်သမားအုပ်စုသည် Facebook Page များဖြစ်သော Yan Paing Soe ၊ Dean Kyne ၊ YouTube Channel များဖြစ်သော Yebaw Shan Lay ၊ Big Boss ၊ Rc David ၊ Khit Thit Media တို့သည်လည်း မဟုတ်မမှန်သတင်းများ ထုတ်လွှင့်ပြီး နိုင်ငံ့စီးပွားရေးနှင့် ငွေကြေးတည်ငြိမ်မှု ပျက်ပြားစေရန် ရည်ရွယ်ချက်ရှိရှိဖြင့် သွေးထိုးလှုံ့ဆော်မှုများ ဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိနေကြောင်း တွေ့ရှိရပါသည်။ ထိုသို့အဖျက်သမားများက အစိုးရနှင့် အများပြည်သူအကျိုးစီးပွား ထိခိုက်စေရန် ရည်ရွယ်၍ မကြာခဏ ရေးသားဖြန့်ဝေနေသော လူမှုကွန်ယက်စာမျက်နှာများကို လက်ခံယုံကြည် ခြင်းမရှိရန်နှင့် စိုးရိမ်ပူပန်စရာ မလိုကြောင်း ပြည်သူလူထုအနေဖြင့်လည်း အဖျက်သမားမီဒီယာများ၊ အဖျက်သမားအုပ်စုများကို ဝိုင်းဝန်းတိုက်ဖျက်ရန်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း အသိပေးအပ်ပါသည်။

သို့ပါ၍ ပြည်သူများအနေဖြင့် အဖျက်သမားများ၏ လှုံ့ဆော်ရေးသားမှု၊ ပြောကြားမှုများကို စိုးရိမ်စရာမလိုဘဲ ဘဏ်များအပေါ်ယုံကြည်စိတ်ချစွာဖြင့်  ဘဏ်ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ ပုံမှန်ရယူသုံးစွဲနိုင် ပါကြောင်း၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်ဗဟိုဘဏ်အနေဖြင့် ပြည်သူများ၏ အပ်နှံငွေများကို အပြည့် အဝအကာအကွယ် ပေးထားပါကြောင်း ထပ်မံအသိပေး ကြေညာအပ်ပါသည်။

AYA Bank proudly announced the official commissioning of Thazi 30MW Solar Power Plant, financed under AYA Green Financing Program. On 23rd May 2024, the Thazi and Thapyaywa solar-energy power plants in Mandalay Region were officially launched by the Ministry of Electric Power. The opening ceremony was held in Nay Pyi Taw, marking a significant step towards achieving Myanmar’s Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) Plan 2021. 

Aiming to promote and support Sustainable Consumption and Production (SCP) in Myanmar, AYA Bank expands its sustainable finance portfolio for Solar Power Plant projects. Myanmar plans to achieve national electrification by 2030 and generate 11% of electricity from renewable sources such as hydro and solar power. Since Myanmar is rich in renewable energy sources from wind power and sunlight available all seasons in many parts of the country, we take the opportunity to support energy requirements through our green financing solution.  

In 2023, AYA Bank proudly provided green financing facility to Great Success Energy Co., Ltd. for the development of 30MW Solar Power Plant, located in the Ywar Gyi and Ywar Pale Village Tract, Thazi Township of Meikhtila District, Mandalay Region. The project construction commenced from 2023 and it entered into commercial operation in 2024. The newly opened Thazi and Thapyaywa facilities each have an installed capacity of 30 megawatts, generating a combined total of 148 million kilowatt-hours of electricity annually. Nearly 99,000 households will get access to clean and renewable power following the launch of two solar power plants.

This collaboration was announced on 2nd May 2024, at the 'AYA and MIU Signing Event', by U Nay Lin Htut, Chief Business Officer, AYA Bank, and U Zarni Lin, Director of Retail Banking, AYA Bank, alongside MIU's founders, Daw Poht Poht Kyi, and U Phyo Maung Maung. 

The AYA Education Loan offers funding for a wide range of educational programs, including MBA studies at MIU, empowering individuals to advance their careers. AYA Bank is always eager to enter into a strategic partnership with colleges and universities to provide high-quality financial products to students. We look forward to a future of greater educational access and success for Myanmar's youth.

On 30^th April 2024, AYA Bank celebrated a pivotal moment of the successful signing of our partnership agreement with Peace Myanmar Electric Holding Co., Ltd. (PMEH). Leading this significant event were U Myat Min Htin Kyaw, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of AYA Pay, and U Nicholas Naing Myo Mon, Chief Operating Officer of PMEH.

The welcome address was delivered by Daw Yvonne Nang Saw Kham Phyu, Director of Card and Payment Services, and U Naing Myo Mon from PMEH. This partnership empowers AYA Pay customers with the flexibility to purchase IT and mobile products from PMEH through convenient 'Buy Now Pay Later' plans, offering monthly installment options. Additionally, AYA Bank customers will soon enjoy exclusive 'Simple Pay' options with AYA Credit Cards, featuring a 0% interest on 6-month installment plans for their Electronic and Mobile purchases from PMEH.

We are pleased to announce a significant milestone as we formalize e-commerce merchant service agreement between AYA Bank PCL and Grab on 9th April 2024. This event signifies a strategic step forward in our commitment to enhancing the digital payment landscape in Myanmar.    

This collaboration positions AYA Bank as the first and only local acquirer in Myanmar integrated into Grab’s extensive network, expands payment options for Grab users in Myanmar, allowing them to utilize Visa, Mastercard, and JCB cards across the platform, simplifying the checkout process and ensuring secure transactions.

The signing ceremony commenced with a welcome address from U Myat Min Htin Kyaw, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of AYA Pay, and Daw Tresa Hein, Country Head of Grab Myanmar. The agreement was signed by Daw Nang Saw Kham Phyu, Director of Cards, AYA Bank, witnessed by U Nay Soe Ya, Director of Merchant Payments, AYA Bank, and On Grab's side, Daw Tresa Htet Htet Myo Hein, Country Director, Grab Myanmar, signed the agreement, with the presence of Daw Su Mon Kyaw, Head of Marketing, Grab Myanmar, further solidifying the partnership between our organizations.

We view this partnership as a step towards realizing our shared vision of a cashless society and look forward to further collaborations that will enhance the digital ecosystem in Myanmar.
