• For Employment Purposes: Please ensure you have your Passport of Job (PJ) and Overseas Worker Identification Card (OWIC) as essential documents.

• For Educational Pursuits: If your intention is to study abroad, have your Passport of Education (PE) ready along with any pertinent documents from your educational institution.

• For Medical Needs: Individuals seeking medical treatment abroad should provide valid supporting documents that substantiate their requirement for medical attention.

• For Pilgrimage Context : For the purpose of travelling for pilgrimage, you need to present original passport with validity, visa of destination country, round trip flight tickets, hotel booking confirmation, approved letter from Ministry of Religious affairs and supporting documents from travel agency (if group tour).

• For Official Meeting Presence : If you intend to attend a meeting abroad, you need to present an original passport with validity, visa of destination country, round trip flight tickets, hotel booking confirmation and meeting invitation letter.
