Interest Rate 13% per annum
Early Repayment Fees 3% in the first three years
Service Charge plus up to 2%

Eligibility

Myanmar citizens aged 20 to 50 years with a regular and sufficient source of income to support the loan repayment.

The applicant must own the land, apartment, condominium, or other eligible property where the construction or renovation will be carried out.

If the property is registered under a family member’s name, the registered owner may apply jointly with the applicant, subject to the Bank’s eligibility requirements.
